How information is used when you contact FactoryFresh through this website.
Details you provide
When you submit the enquiry form, your contact details, company, site location and selected service requirements are sent to FactoryFresh. Optional details are included only if you provide them.
How your enquiry reaches us
We use FormSubmit to process the form and forward it to admin@factoryfresh.co.za. FormSubmit handles the information as an external service and states that submissions are retained in its archive for 30 days. Its own privacy terms apply to its processing.
How FactoryFresh uses your details
We use your enquiry to respond, discuss your requirements, arrange a site visit and prepare a quote. Information you send also becomes part of our business email correspondence. We do not use this form to subscribe you to marketing.
Other contact options
If you contact us by email or WhatsApp instead, your chosen provider processes the message according to its own privacy practices. Links to Facebook take you to a separate service.
Website services
This website does not currently use advertising or visitor analytics. The hosting service may process technical access logs to operate and secure the website. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information needed to serve them.
